snow at last

moving closer to town after a foot of snow: actually much more gear
than this: and now there's even more snow, too deep for wheels, and
I'll be using a plastic sled to move more stuff like the satellite dish

fire's own smoke plume from below. The name of the fire does not mean
that 'moonlight' is involved here.
